85ml (1/3c) Uncooked Rice |

15ml (1 L) Butter |
|

375ml (1 1/2 c) Milk |

10ml (2t) Onion Flakes |
|
| |
2 Garlic Cloves Crushed |
|
| |
2 Green Chillies Crushed |
|

250ml (1c) Breadcrumbs |
|
| |
3ml (1/2t) Salt, Pepper |
|
| |
2ml (1/4t) Peri-Peri Powder |
|
| |
45ml (3t) Chopper Dhania |
|
| |
1 x 200gram Canned Tuna, drained & flaked |
|
| |
250ml (1c) grated cheddar cheese |
|
| |
1 tomato chopped |
|
| |
2 eggs beaten |

Method |

| |
Biol Rice, drain and keep aside. Melt butter together with the milk. Add the rise, Onion flakes, garlic, green chillies, breadcrumbs salt, pepper, peri-peri powder, dhania, tuna, cheese, tomato and eggs to the milk and mix well. Pour into well greased muffin pans and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for approx 20mins. Serve either hot or cold. |
