  Tuna Muffins Recipe  
     
  Ingredients  
  85ml (1/3c) Uncooked Rice  
  15ml (1 L) Butter  
  375ml (1 1/2 c) Milk  
  10ml (2t) Onion Flakes  
  2 Garlic Cloves Crushed  
  2 Green Chillies Crushed  
  250ml (1c) Breadcrumbs  
  3ml (1/2t) Salt, Pepper  
  2ml (1/4t) Peri-Peri Powder  
  45ml (3t) Chopper Dhania  
  1 x 200gram Canned Tuna, drained & flaked  
  250ml (1c) grated cheddar cheese  
  1 tomato chopped  
  2 eggs beaten  
     
  Method  
  Biol Rice, drain and keep aside. Melt butter together with the milk. Add the rise, Onion flakes, garlic, green chillies, breadcrumbs salt, pepper, peri-peri powder, dhania, tuna, cheese, tomato and eggs to the milk and mix well. Pour into well greased muffin pans and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for approx 20mins. Serve either hot or cold.
