Pineapple Fridge Delight Recipe |

Ingredients |

50ml (4t) Sugar |
|
| |
410 gr can ideal milk, chilled |
|
| |
250 gr can pineapple chunks, drained and juice reserved |
|
| |
1 packet pineapple jelly |
|
| |
3 eggs, separated |
|
| |
50 gr walnuts chopped |
|
| |
18 gr halaal geletine (dissolved in 40ml (3t) hot water) |

| |
1 packet tennis biscuits, broken into chunks |
|
| |
250ml (1c) cream, whipped |
|

Method |

| |
Add sugar to ideal milk and beat until thick. Bring pineapple juice to boil, add jelly and dissolve. beat egg yolks and add to gelatine Add gelatine mixture to jelly and add to ideal milk. Beat egg whites until stiff and add to mixture, beat well. Add pineapple chunks. Arrange alternate layers. Tennis biscuits and mix. |
