Whip fresh cream until nice and stiff, leave aside. Smooth caramel with a fork and add cocoa mix well, fold cream into caramel mixture. In a pyrex dish spread a layer of the chocolate mousse add the crushed oreo biscuits and the balance of the chocolate mousse. Decorate with crushed nuts or dip fresh strawberries in chocolate, place in fridge and decorate.
