  Ingredients  
 

4 cups chana flour
2 teaspoon fine elachi
1 teaspoon fine nutmeg
2 tablespoon ghee
2 cups ghee(for braising)
¼ cup milk
Enough icing sugar to taste

 
   
  Method  
 

Mix together the chana flour,elachi,nutmeg,2 tblsp ghee and the milk. Using both hands mix to form bread crumbs. In a pot place ghee and add chana flour mixture. Stir for 45 minutes on low heat until it has a golden  brown colour. Remove from stove and let cool. Add icing sugar to taste. Line pyrex dish with wax paper and pat dough with hand.
