I am a former teacher who is absolutely passionate about all things pertaining to motoring. I work for the Department of Transport as the Head of Arrive Alive Communication. I am also chairperson of a number of transport/traffic-related bodies and visited various countries in search of International best practice models for road safety. I hold qualifications in teaching,journalism, advertising and public relations. As a Freelance motoring journalist, I became the first non-white member of the SA Guild of Motoring Journalists back in 1987.I contributed motoring news to various print and electronic media. My lists of hobbies include exploring the great outdoors and enjoying motorsport. I am married to a beautiful woman and have a son (13 years) who is the MMWC (main manne what counts)! |
